There are as many uses for your Cherry Sour as you can dream up; it's great as the base for your very own inspired cocktail, mocktail or popsicle mix, or perhaps you'd like to use it as part of a tangy fruit punch. It's also a great idea to enjoy it straight.

The best part is that Cherry Sour contains only organic ingredients with nothing artificial, no caffeine and is sweetened only with organic stevia leaf. 

For an extra special touch, add in a fresh sprig of mint and garnish with your favourite seasonal fruits. With no added sugar, no caffeine and being a source of Vitamin C, you can enjoy this cordial recipe guilt-free.


Makes 1 litre.

  • 4 tsp (10g) Cherry Sour
  • 300mL boiling water
  • 700mL filtered water
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  1. Steep Cherry Sour in 300mL boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Strain into a jug and add 700mL filtered water.
  3. Chill thoroughly. Add in mint leaves and a twist of citrus (optional) before serving. Delicious served icy cold or hot.
