Anatomy of a blend
A fine black tea TGFOP1 from the Dibrugarh region of Assam, the north-eastern Indian state bordering Bhutan, Bangladesh and Arunchal Pradesh. The tea is low in astringency and lends body and briskness, while also imbuing the liquor with a distinct coppery colour that brews a perfectly balanced and flavourful cup.
Serving instructions: 1 tsp per 200ml with freshly boiled water for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy straight or with a little milk as desired.
