Natural peach-scented Chinese black tea with mango pieces, mandarin peel and jasmine flowers. Excellent straight, as an iced tea with fruit garnish or blended with liquor and sours.
Serving instructions: Steep 1 tsp per 250ml in freshly boiled water for 4 minutes. Ideal for second or third brewing.
Anatomy of a blend: Inspired by an amber-coloured, smoky, Southern-style iced tea. Keemun black tea from Anhui Province, China is the base tea. The slight smoky flavour of this tea, and the berry-like character of the leaves is complemented with aromatising of natural peach flavour. Plump dried jasmine is reminiscent of aesthetically pleasing summer blossoms, while the mandarin peel offers a citrus aroma that is evocative of late-season fruit.
